When the air clears.

When the air clears, we will embrace again

When the air clears, we will laugh and play, and work through a backlog of memories

When the air clears, we will travel from here to there because we can

When the air clears, life will speed up again

But until the air clears, we will be still

We will find God in the whispers

We will remember the depth and precision of feeling,

with the heart

We will write the music and prose of faith

So that when the air clears, we will be ready, and hopefully never forget
